From the initial appointment with Kevin to the install everything was amazing! I can't recommend this company enough. Kevin was very detailed and answered all questions that my family members had. Unlike other companies we had met with it wasn't about forcing us to buy and sign on the dotted line. It was about if/why this is a good solution for us. No pressure just facts. Kevin followed up the whole way thru the install process and was always there if we had a question or concern. When it came time for the install, the team was here bright and early and worked all day. The temperature that day was about 40 degrees and I'm sure they were freezing but they stayed professional and friendly the whole time. I cant say enough how much I would recommend both Kevin and Icon Power for your solar needs.
